We were sent to another hotel for the night, On a main road, a tiny, dirty room with a view of a brick wall, not the Acropolis, as this hotel had and one of our reasons for booking it and paying the cost. We were not offered any compensation and could not get in to our room until 2pm the following day. This hotel is not cheap and we would have expected a better customer service. Abzug in der Bewertung: bei der Ankunft wurden wir gleich in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert, da Fehlbuchung oder ?berbuchung, das war nicht gut. Denn das Hotel Crystall liegt an einer lauten Stra?e, war aber ansonsten ok. Wir waren nicht die einzigen G?ste, die umquartiert wurden.
