Not even a refund cause this is stealing money considering they relocated them in one of the worst area in the center of Athens Disaster also cause they have been emailing before taking the Money and some honest business people would refund you or advising you before mobbing/moving you especially when they knew you are checking in around midnight | 3 |

We were sent to another hotel for the night, On a main road, a tiny, dirty room with a view of a brick wall, not the Acropolis, as this hotel had and one of our reasons for booking it and paying the cost. We were not offered any compensation and could not get in to our room until 2pm the following day. This hotel is not cheap and we would have expected a better customer service. Sadly we won?t recommend this hotel or come back. | 3 |

Abzug in der Bewertung: bei der Ankunft wurden wir gleich in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert, da Fehlbuchung oder ?berbuchung, das war nicht gut. Denn das Hotel Crystall liegt an einer lauten Stra?e, war aber ansonsten ok. Wir waren nicht die einzigen G?ste, die umquartiert wurden.
